Sessional Complementary Therapist – Glasgow
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Moira Anderson Foundation (MAF), a values-based charity that supports children and adults of all genders affected by Childhood Sexual Abuse. We are recruiting a Complementary Therapist to join our dedicated team at our Glasgow Hub base.
Warmth, empathy and professionalism are key attributes for this role.
The successful applicant will hold an HND-level qualification and have at least two years’ post-qualification experience, ideally working with vulnerable individuals in a community setting. An understanding of trauma and the issues that affect CSA survivors is essential.
Experience in therapies such as Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, or similar modalities is welcomed. Trauma-informed training is desirable, although a willingness to undertake this will be supported. This is an opportunity to join a first-class team making a real difference to survivors of CSA.
This post is a self-employed/freelance position offering £25 per hour.

Client Support Officer – Airdrie
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Moira Anderson Foundation (MAF), a values-based charity that supports children and adults of all genders affected by Childhood Sexual Abuse. We are recruiting a Client Support Officer to work with children, young people and adults to join our existing team of seventeen at our base in Airdrie.
Warmth, empathy and compassion are key attributes for this role. The Client Support Officer will possess a relevant qualification or have experience in working with people of all ages, have experience of supporting vulnerable clients and have a sound understanding of trauma and the issues that affect CSA survivors.
The post is for 35 hours per week and is fixed term for 12 months, on-going funding will be sought to maintain the post. The salary is £26,380. Working days will be Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm, with the exception of Wednesday which will be 11am – 7pm)
Induction training and clinical supervision will be provided, as well as enhanced employer pension contribution (following 3-month probationary period), death in benefit scheme and attractive holiday leave benefits.

Administrator – Airdrie
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Moira Anderson Foundation (MAF), a values-based charity that supports children and adults of all genders affected by Childhood Sexual Abuse. We are recruiting a full time Administrator with excellent inter-personal and organisational skills to join our existing team at our base in Airdrie. A warm nature and previous admin experience are very important for this role. A sound understanding of the third sector would be beneficial.
This fixed term position is for 35 hours per week, runs for 12 months, and is funded in part by The National Lottery Community Fund. On-going funding will be sought to extend the post. The position is Monday to Friday, evening work will be required on a regular basis (usually a Wednesday). Our operating hours outwith late nights are 9am – 5pm.
The Moira Anderson Foundation is a Real Living Wage employer, the salary is £22,932 per annum. Induction training will be provided, as well as enhanced employer pension contribution and death in service scheme (following 3-month probationary period), and attractive holiday leave benefits.

We are recruiting a part time Administrator with excellent inter-personal and organisational skills to join our existing team at our Glasgow Hub base. A warm nature and previous admin experience, preferably in a caring environment, are very important for this role. A sound understanding of the third sector would be beneficial.
The post is for 14 hours per week and is for a fixed term until March 2027, on-going funding will be sought to maintain it. Hours will be worked across 3 days (Wednesday – Friday), some evening work may be required.

Positive Steps – Project Worker
Are you an enthusiastic, flexible individual with the desire and experience to facilitate positive progression for people who have been affected by Childhood Sexual Abuse? Join the Positive Steps team to support the Project Coordinator to deliver a range of front-line services – you’ll be based in Airdrie, and some home working will be possible.
The post is for 21 hours per week and is for a fixed term and will end on 30 June 2026, on-going funding will be sought to maintain it. The salary is £26,380 pro rata.
